The core of our offer is the highest quality onions, available 365 days a year, thanks to implemented storage and processing methods. We cultivate and supply both white and red onions. We offer onions in husk, peeled, fresh or frozen: diced or sliced.
We have our own storage chambers with controlled atmosphere, ensuring that fresh onions retain their qualities: taste, color, and appropriate firmness. Meanwhile, we produce frozen onions using quick freezing technology (IQF), which allows us to preserve the full flavor and nutritional value of the vegetable even out of season.
In the summer months, we expand our range to include selected seasonal vegetables. From June to August, we offer fresh, straight-from-the-field pumpkin, zucchini, and rhubarb. These vegetables are pre-prepared for use: we cut the pumpkin into cubes, and the zucchini and rhubarb into slices, to best meet the expectations of the food industry and gastronomy.
We understand how important proper product packaging is for convenient transport and further use. We offer vegetables in various packaging forms – from small individual packages to large bulk packages. Depending on the client's needs, we can prepare the goods in bags or sacks (1 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg), in larger bulk bags (10 kg, 25 kg), as well as in pallet boxes (large pallet containers) and big-bag sacks (1000 kg).
Every client has unique requirements, and we are here to meet them. As a flexible manufacturer, we can adapt almost every aspect of the product to your needs. Need diced onions of an unusual size or slices of non-standard thickness? We can discuss and tailor the slicing calibration individually.
