Our farm covers approximately 100 hectares of fertile land in northern Poland. Favorable climatic conditions and years of experience allow us to cultivate vegetables of the highest quality. We use proven agrotechnical methods to ensure that every onion and other vegetables grow in optimal conditions and achieve full flavor and nutritional value. The field – this is where it all begins – we make efforts to create a foundation for a healthy yield right from the sowing stage.
We select varieties based on disease resistance, uniform growth, and taste qualities. As a result, our vegetables are characterized by uniformity, appropriate coloring, and firmness. We treat each seed as the beginning of a process that ultimately aims to deliver a product meeting the highest market standards.
Our farm is run in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture. This means that we care for the natural environment and biodiversity, and we carry out field work with respect for the ecosystem. We use only approved plant protection products in minimally necessary amounts, combining them with biological methods.
Our efforts are confirmed by certifications. We hold the GLOBAL G.A.P. certificate, which annually confirms compliance with international good agricultural practice requirements. We also grow vegetables using organic methods – our BIO onions are certified with PL-EKO-08.
Quality control begins with us right in the field and continues until the final product. We check the condition of the plants, the ripeness of the vegetables, and just before harvesting, we take samples to analyze the residues of protective agents or fertilizers. After harvesting, the vegetables are sent to a modern processing plant where HACCP system standards are in place.
Each batch of product is traceable (traceability system), which provides full control over its origin. The finished product undergoes final inspections – we check, among other things, calibration (size of bulbs or cut pieces), color, firmness, and packaging. We do not compromise on safety: thanks to precise control procedures, the customer receives a reliable, clean, and ready-to-use raw material.
